Riverdale Season 2 Episode 3 – Archie Takes Matters Into His Own Hands

“Riverdale” season 2 episode 3 is airing in a few days, and the synopsis for the upcoming episode has just been dropped. Titled “Chapter Sixteen: The Watcher in the Woods,” the new episode will be darker and sexier, it will feature two guest stars.

Although the previous episode already saw Jason Blossom (Trevor Stines) solve the mystery introduced in the premiere episode, plenty of questions still need to be answered. The synopsis for the upcoming episode reveals that Archie (KJ Apa) will get frustrated by the fact that the shooter of his father remains unidentified and at large. Hence, he will decide to take matters into his own hands.

Based on the synopsis, Archie will try to send the gunman a personal message. It remains to be seen what message that is, but it is possible that he will try to convince him to surrender.

Elsewhere in the episode, Veronica (Camila Mendes) will be thrilled to know that Hiram (Mark Consuelos) is planning to start anew because that means she will finally be able to introduce him to her own circle of friends, including Archie.

Meanwhile, the next episode will find Jughead (Cole Sprouse) on his first day at Southside High, and it looks like he is going to meet new friends. The synopsis reveals that a Southside Serpent named Toni, played by guest star Vanessa Morgan, will befriend him at school. Also, Kevin (Casey Cott) will get into trouble while having a little fun, causing Betty (Lili Reinhart) to be a bit concerned about his safety.

The synopsis also reveals that an unexpected turn of events will happen in the next episode, proving that the darkest chapter for the people of Riverdale is far from over.

“Riverdale” season 2 episode 3 airs on Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
